Founded in 2023, Aether Energie emerged from the combined vision of Shelby and Zayne, two lifelong advocates for climate action, with a foundation rooted in both the United States and France. Boasting an engineering academic pedigree from UC Berkeley, our experiences span roles at leading climate-centric organizations with expertise in Product Management, Software Engineering and ML Physical Systems Modeling.

We are driven by the belief that the current cost of rooftop solar installations significantly hinders widespread adoption, stalling progress toward a more sustainable future and delivering us closer to a climate disaster. We attribute these high costs to a range of factors, including inefficient solar installer workflows, obscured finance fees, and inaccurate pre-construction design and engineering.

We're confronting the rooftop solar market head-on with our dual offering, Aether Platform and Aether Financing. These tools are designed to support both rooftop owners and solar installers, streamlining the path to rooftop solar adoption for the US and Western European markets.
